Ce document fournit des réponses aux questions fréquemment posées concernant l’application de la nouvelle disposition à l'article 36 de la Loi sur les langues officielles modernisée qui, depuis le 20 juin 2025, donne à tous les employés fédéraux dans les régions bilingues le droit d'être supervisés dans la langue officielle de leur choix, sans égard à l'identification linguistique de leur poste.
