These full-day events will allow participants to learn about career development with tangible examples and experience sharing on a variety of topics. There will also be ample opportunities built in for networking.

Description

This interactive full‑day event invites participants to pause, reflect, and re‑energize their professional journey. Throughout the day, participants will explore current realities across the Government of Canada, strengthen their ability to create positive and inclusive work environments, and develop a practical action plan to support their career growth.

By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
