Tell the group what you expect from this CoP going forward. You can present one slide, or talk to the 3 points off-the-cuff... whatever works for you. If you are just happy to be part of the CoP, or like to be a lurkin' learner, say so! We'll fit as many volunteers in this session as we can. We have participants from 20 organizations, so those who didn't have a chance to share, will be added to an agenda item for the first 10 minutes of the following sessions (let's say 3 departments at the beginning of every session).
