Our team offers presentations to help prepare students and faculty before they travel. We are happy to work with you to arrange a presentation that suites your needs. Follow the steps below to get started.

Step 1
Reach out to us with a proposed date and confirm whether you would like us to present our pre-departure presentation, or would like us to feed into yours. If we are adding slides to your presentation, please attach the PowerPoint. You can reach us via email at: outreach.sensibilisation@international.gc.ca

Our preferred meeting platform be Microsoft Teams. Please flag if an alternative platform would be used, so we can ensure we have access.

Step 2
We will confirm if we are available on the proposed date. If applicable, we will also provide an estimated timeframe to include our slides in your presentation.
