Originaire de Lorette, au Manitoba, Ginette Bailey (elle) est mariée à un membre militaire récemment retraité qui a servi au militaire britannique et canadien. Elle a trois adolescents, deux filles et un enfant non-binaire. Ginette a récemment rejoint la fonction publique en octobre 2017. En avril 2019, elle a mis en œuvre et présidé une initiative de santé mentale et de mieux-être en milieu de travail (SMMT) au sein de l'une des branches du ministère de la Défense nationale (MDN). L'initiative de la SMMT a été présentée au Conseil des sous-ministres adjoints du MDN et a été mise en œuvre dans l'ensemble du MDN.
Actuellement, Ginette travaille au le Bureau du secrétaire du gouverneur général et est responsable du projet de rétablissement pour rétablir une culture respectueuse et innovatrice axée sur la santé et le bien-être mental et le leadership conscient. |
Originally from Lorette, Manitoba, Ginette Bailey (she/her) is married to a recently retired Military Member who served in both the British and Canadian Militaries. She has three teens, two daughters and one non-binary child. Ginette recently joined the Public Service in October 2017. In April 2019, she implemented and chaired a Mental Health and Workplace Wellness (MHWW) initiative within one of the branches of the Department of National Defence (DND). The MHWW initiative was eventually presented at the Assistant Deputy Minister Council for DND and went on to be implemented throughout DND.

Leena Bhuwanee est originaire de l’ile Maurice. Elle a échangé le climat tropical pour le froid et la neige d’Edmonton, Alberta. Leena est la maman d’une fille qu’elle « élève consciencieusement ». Ce n’est pas facile mais très nécessaire dans ce monde moderne!
Elle est une fonctionnaire depuis 10 ans et actuellement agente principale de développement à Service Canada. Elle a eu la chance de travailler dans toute la région de l'Ouest du Canada, y compris les Territoires du Nord-Ouest. |
Leena Bhuwanee is from the beautiful island of Mauritius. She traded the tropical climate for cold and snowy Edmonton, Alberta. Leena is the mom of a daughter whom she is “mindfully parenting”. It is not an easy journey but necessary in this modern world!
She has been a federal employee for the last 10 years, and is currently a Senior Program Delivery Officer with Service Canada. She had the opportunity to work across the western region of Canada including the Northwest Territories. | ||||
