If you are new here, welcome! The National Indigenous Student Circle is a network of Indigenous students working in the Federal Government of Canada and an extension of the Indigenous Student Employment Opportunity (ISEO) summer programming.
 +

 +
The NISC was founded by Indigenous students in the Public Service to provide students with a safe space for them to connect, collaborate, and network while offering career resources, mentorship opportunities, and a helping hand throughout your student employment.
 +

 +
The NISC also offers a Facebook group for previously employed students, currently employed students, and those who are interested in Public Service employment; a podcast series on most requested topics to fit with students’ busy schedules; and events that include mentorship and how to be bridged.

==Our Mission==

==Our Mission==
*To develop a community to connect, collaborate, network, and engage with other Indigenous students from across all departments.
  −
*To create a safe and inclusive environment for all Indigenous students working for the Federal Public Service.
  −
*Acknowledge and celebrate Indigenous culture in the workplace.
  −
*Create an accessible platform to easily share tools and resources, event information, and to respond to any questions or concerns from the Indigenous student population.
     −
Our goal is to organize cultural events, presentations, and other exciting opportunities throughout the year, where we hope you will be able to develop lasting relationships with your student colleagues.
