- DTO is prototyping a proposed landing page design that departments can use
- It will include links to a feedback form, a department’s accessibility plan, and their feedback process
- DTO is also prototyping a proposed feedback form design that departments can use
- Departments will have to hook up to their own back-end system, such as an e-mail inbox or JIRA ticket
- Submitters of feedback will have the option to identify themselves and request a response
- Departments will need to establish a process for providing a response in this case
- There is a risk that people may also include personal / medical info in their submission, so departments need to consider privacy issues when sorting out how to store and respond to feedback
- Eventually we may add an accessibility link in the footer to comply with all of the longer-term implementation requirements
Principal Publisher – Publishing Support
