About the DTMN / A propos du RGED Managers play a critical role in our Department and much of our success depends on you. The goal of the Defence Team Manager’s Network (DTMN) is to create a network of motivated, innovative and curious managers and to provide you with tools to become the leaders of tomorrow. Whether you are a new or experienced manager, the DTMN aims to strengthen the professional community for managers through optional virtual and face-to-face networking events and working groups, like the DTMN Coffee Chats.
