**Connector Manager: Held in March 2021, this virtual learning event discussed the critical role managers must play to develop and drive employee performance in today’s changing environment. The major shifts employees face and the resulting expectations for managers were also examined.

** Psychological Safety Webinar: This April 2021 learning event built on the Connector Manager session and emphasized using techniques to drive productivity and morale. Employees have more energy when working, better productivity and higher engagement when they work in a psychologically safe environment. This is an environment that encourages, recognizes and rewards individuals for the contributions and ideas by making individuals feel safe when taking interpersonal risks.
