Activity-Based Working (ABW) is a design concept that recognizes that through the course of any day, employees engage in many different activities and that they need and can choose different types of work settings to accommodate these activities. It is combined with a non-assigned seating model.

It is not just an interior design concept There is a strong design component to ABW, as it usually requires new furniture and spatial changes, but the concept is primarily about organizational and cultural change. |
