Mastering Your New Work Environment
The following training sessions have been developed to introduce ESDC Workplace and to provide employees with the tools and information to successfully transition to their new work environment.
INFORMATION SESSION: MY ESDC ACTIVITY-BASED WORKPLACE |
SKILLS SESSION: MASTERING MY ESDC WORKPLACE
The purpose of this skills session is to encourage ESDC employees to develop a way of living, working, and using their EDSC Workplace that supports their physical health and well-being and promotes respectful practices that foster a harmonious environment. Employees will be introduced to an ideology based on 4 skills: know-how, life skills, living skills and communication skills, which emphasize skill, safety, conduct, collaboration, and awareness.
