Welcome to the home page of the Place du Portage III (PDP3) Asset and Workplace Renewal (AWR) project.

The PDP3 AWR project will demonstrate the Government of Canada (GoC)'s commitment to greening and environmental sustainability. It will incorporate elements such as a high-efficiency building envelope, smart building features, LED lighting, improved insulation, modern high efficiency heating, cooling and ventilation systems, and so much more.
+
The project includes replacing base building systems, such as windows, the building exterior (also known as the building envelope), plumbing, electrical systems, and heating and cooling systems. It also includes modernizing the interior workplace, updating security systems, and installing new information technology.
The renewed PDP3 building is being designed to meet the modern workplace standard for the GoC known as [https://www.tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca/biens-property/mt-wp/mt-wp-eng.html GCworkplace] which offers greater flexibility in where and how people work and suits the needs of a hybrid, post-pandemic workforce.
