Project Overview

Welcome to the home page of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s (PSPC) Place du Portage III (PDP3) Asset and Workplace Evolution (AWE) Directorate.

The PDP3 complex is the largest of 4 buildings that constitute Place du Portage, a recognized federal heritage building. It currently serves as PSPC’s headquarters and it is undergoing a major rehabilitation.

Inspired by the GC’s commitment to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, we are leading by example by greening our operations. Once renewed, the PDP3 complex will be net zero carbon and meet LEED Gold requirements.
