|<big>Emmanuelle has been the Interim Executive Director of the Strategic and Digital Policy Group in the policy area at IRCC since October 2021. Her duties include coordinating IRCC's involvement in budget processes, transition, equity issues, and digital policy.</big>
<big>Prior to taking on these new challenges, Emmanuelle worked for seven years in the Admissibility team at IRCC, leading efforts related to identity policy issues, information sharing with international partners, and visitor program reform. She was also an analyst and manager in the national security policy group at Public Safety Canada, working on a variety of issues such as counter-proliferation and combating terrorist financing.</big>
<big>Emmanuelle has a bachelor's and master's degree in political science from the Université de Montréal.</big>
