About the CSPS Digital Academy

The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS) Digital Academy was established in 2018 to help federal public servants gain the knowledge, skills and mindsets they need in the digital age. It supports the principles of Canada's Beyond2020 initiative for an agile, inclusive and equipped workforce and advocates for a digital-first approach that aligns with Canada's Digital Standards. These ten digital standards form the foundation of the government's shift to becoming more agile, open and user-focused. Learn more about the Digital Academy’s products and offerings by visiting the website.

Working within the Innovation Services Team
The Innovation Services team, within the Digital Academy, is a multidisciplinary team of UX specialists and developers. We work closely with learning specialists and product owners to help enable effective relationships with learners and deliver truly rewarding learning experiences. We lead the design and development of user-centric digital innovative solutions and support the CSPS and Digital Academy’s learning products and programs. We value curiosity, out of the box thinking, and learning by doing. Some of the innovation projects we are currently working on include vExpo (virtual expo and kiosks leveraging immersive technology), Busrides.ca (microlearning platform), learning paths, and more!

We value diversity and learning from one another, so you’ll be joining a team of people from various backgrounds. We’re always looking for people who are passionate about their work and who understand the important role that digital can play in a large ecosystem such as the Government of Canada. You’ll have opportunities to innovate, learn, lead, and contribute to meaningful work.
