Creating awareness of the GClingua roll-out

GClingua is being rolled out in waves. The Translation Bureau notifies its clients approximately two months in advance of the date on which they will gain access to GClingua.

In order to maximize communication of the upcoming change within their organizations, the Translation Bureau’s clients are encouraged to use the content below in their internal ewsletters and information feeds.

We now have access to the #PSPC #TranslationBureau’s #GClingua solution! To submit requests for #LinguisticServices, Bureau clients must visit https://base-gc-lingua.canada.ca/index/.

Are you doing business with #PSPC’s #TranslationBureau? You must now submit your requests using #GClingua. If you have not received your access codes, please write to bureaudelatraduction.translationbureau@tpsgc-pwgsc.gc.ca.

The Translation Bureau is modernizing request management with GClingua

Stay tuned: Starting on [date], we will be able to submit our linguistic services requests using the new GClingua solution of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Translation Bureau. GClingua is being rolled out in waves to the departments and agencies that do business with the Translation Bureau. GClingua offers many advantages, including a user-friendly and easy-to-access interface, a secure environment that supports Protected A and Protected B documents, and many features designed to simplify request processing. Translation Bureau client account holders within our organization will receive further details in the coming weeks.

Customized training for future GClingua users

In anticipation of the [date] roll-out of GClingua, the new linguistic services request management solution of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Translation Bureau, various training options have been developed, including virtual interactive sessions, self-paced online training and a step-by-step guide. Individuals who are responsible for requesting linguistic services from the Translation Bureau and would like to participate in a virtual interactive session on GClingua are asked to register with the Bureau.

The Translation Bureau’s new GClingua solution is now available!

Good news: It is now possible to obtain linguistic services from rigorous quality standards of Public Services and Procurement Canada’s Translation Bureau with ease thanks to the new GClingua solution. All current Translation Bureau clients have been emailed a username and password to log in . If you have not received yours, please contact the Translation Bureau.
