In the High-level Design (HLD) major task, sessions will take place to validate the future state GC business process flows for the end-to-end EPS processes, which will confirm EPS business requirements. First, current-state business processes from both PSPC and other government departments will be compared. The future-state discussions will include recommendations for streamlining and standardizing end-to-end processes.

Through these demonstration, the project team will demonstrate out of the box functionality which will not be representative of the future state for GC EPS solution.
