Gear up for the CSPS Digital Accelerator with Self-Directed Learning
Digital Readiness Self-Assessment
Completing this Digital Readiness Self-Assessment will help you identify gaps in your knowledge of the Government of Canada Digital Standards and how they can be applied in your work. It will also help us direct you to relevant learning resources you can do at your own pace.
Note: Although the CSPS Digital Accelerator targets teams, some of the learning is open to all employees.
Bridge your knowledge gaps
We want you and your team to get the most out of the CSPS Digital Accelerator! Before you begin the Discovery phase, it is important to address any of the gaps identified through your Digital Readiness Self-Assessment. We have created a list of recommended learning resources organized around each section of the self-assessment. If your scores were in the lowest category, it is important for you to complete the learning activities marked with a star. If your scores fell within the upper two ranges, we invite you to browse the lists and complete any activity you want.
Note: The self-assessment and this resource are both minimum viable products (MVP). They focus on nurturing a digital and growth mindset and five of the ten Digital Standards most closely aligned with the objectives of the CSPS Digital Accelerator. Future iterations will expand to include the remaining five Digital Standards and will incorporate changes based on user (your!) input. Complete a short survey to help us improve the self-assessment: https://learnapprendre.qualtrics.com/jfe/preview/SV_czKdSynbzLr5cAS?Q_CHL=preview&Q_SurveyVersionID=current
