Tens of thousands of Public Servants have registered accounts on GCpedia and thousands of GCpedians across the country use it every day as part of their work. It has proven its value as an indispensable work tool and many organizations have developed approaches for using GCpedia that give explicit approval to employees for using the wiki. Keep in mind that secure, confidential, and sensitive information does not belong on GCpedia.
|bg=#ececec|padding=10px

|1=The ultimate outcome of NPMS Renewal is the implementation of the PSPC Project Navigator, which will streamline the project management process and ensure greater clarity and efficiency, with a clear gating process. It will also foster better transition and increased collaboration between project leaders and project managers, resulting in greater project continuity. Employees will be afforded opportunities to enhance their project management knowledge and work towards PMI PMP certification through the new Project Management Curriculum.|bg=#ececec|padding=10px

|1=
If by 'governance models' you mean Westminster, and with it, Parliamentary relations or Ministerial responsibility, it doesn't change that. It does, however, change ''how'' we work, which does change regularly. It makes what was ''vertical'' now more ''horizontal'', which is a drastic change for more parochial departments which were overdue for change and who had their silos reinforced for a long time (they don't need to be; [[Intellipedia]] demonstrated the otherwise impossible breakdown of necessary silos). The public service isn't the same public service of 20 years ago, where information (before the Internet) needed to be controlled, counted and filed away. Now information is recognized for its possible value, which increases with input (collaboration) and connections (distributed). Collaborative tools (like wikis) and social media accelerate this information sharing, retrieval and creation, adding value in so many more values with each iteration.
|bg=#ececec|padding=10px

|1="Past experience has demonstrated that managers and supervisors play a pivotal role in ensuring that change is successful by acting as communicators, liaisons, advocates, resistance managers and coaches. The change management team and change agents will provide managers and supervisors with frequent updates on initiative progress, and make available tools and kits associated with the NPMS Renewal created specifically for them.

Equally important, managers and supervisors will want to know how to guide their employees in implementing the NPMS update, Benefits Realization activities and PSPC Project Navigator, as well as in using the Project Management Curriculum. Training materials that provide simple instruction on how to manage the various components will be made available. "|bg=#ececec|padding=10px
