2. Update on structured data pilot - Scott Duncan (DTO)

• Shared results and lessons learned from the pilot
• Our recommendation: Structured data needs to be part of the government content to help us be the authoritative source on Google and in other search engines.
• Encourage departments to use structured data when it fits a project and/or maps to user tasks
• DTO will be doing an upcoming blog post on Structured data

• Lisa shared the top task study and labelling study

  • Some have a main COVID site and a re-opening site, so they are trying to navigate those

• We are launching a survey June 25th on the main COVID pages
• Emails will be sent out tomorrow
• Testing four different variations of the survey
