In response to the COVID-19 situation, the CFR has compiled the following list of resources that may be useful to regulatory staff across government.

Regulatory Agility: Lessons from the UK – June 29, 2020

Join us on June 29 at 1 pm (EDT) for a live, interactive discussion on anticipatory regulations and regulatory sandboxes. The concept of anticipatory regulation is a new approach to regulatory practices that puts an emphasis on flexibility, collaboration and innovation.

Regulators need proactive and iterative approaches to respond to evolving pressures and environments. For example, the global pandemic we are experiencing has allowed for legislative flexibilities in some jurisdictions around the world to quickly test and improve services to the public.
