Innovate On Demand (Français: Innover sur demande) is a podcast originally created and hosted by Jean Cardinal and Laura Smith and produced by Jocelyne Melanson for The Canada School of Public Service (CSPS). After two episodes, it was discontinued due to time commitments of the hosts.
Todd Lyons then joined CSPS and created and produced a reboot, starting with episode 3, with new hosts Natalie Crandall and Valeria Sosa. Todd serves as producer-narrator and provides occasional commentary. This version is characterized by its conversational tone, humour, healthy skepticism, disdain for trends and buzzwords, and open discussions of failure as opportunities for learning and improvement.

I'm hooked; learning about how things really work (or really don't) is fascinating. It could be scary, but instead it's incredibly inspiring. Can't wait for more. ~ Necolarptic
Great podcast

Super informative on a variety of innovative ideas - makes the vague term “innovation” seem more real and not just a nonsense buzzword! ~ Balksbalks
