|International Women’s Day (IWD) is one of the six equity-related commemorative events officially recognized by the Department of National Defence and the Canadian Armed Forces. Hosted by the DTMN, this panel-style Spotlight Session is inspired by the IWD 2026 theme #GiveToGain, and features women leaders from across DND sharing their leadership journeys, the power of mentorship and sponsorship, and how giving forward strengthens inclusive leadership.
