FYN In Person Learning Days
Description
This interactive full‑day event invites participants to pause, reflect, and re‑energize their professional journey. Throughout the day, participants will explore current realities across the Government of Canada, strengthen their ability to create positive and inclusive work environments, and develop a practical action plan to support their career growth.
By the end of the day, participants will be able to:
- Gain a clearer understanding of the current GC work environment
- Demonstrate strategies for creating positive, inclusive, and collaborative workplaces
- Define concrete next steps for professional growth
- Build connections and expand professional networks
Time: 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
