This year, the Commissioner has selected excerpts from the novel Le soleil du Lac qui se couche by J.R. Léveillé, and the event will feature passages both from the novel’s French version and its English translation, The Setting Lake Sun. This is a wonderful opportunity to celebrate our official languages while exploring the richness of Canadian literature.
