Once your kiosk designs are finalized in both official languages, export each individual kiosk panel as '''.png files'''. These will be used to create the 3D version of the kiosk.

==4. Update your kiosk using the vBuilder self-serve tool==

For a 3 panel kiosk, you should have a total of 8 panels (4 panels per language): left, central, right, and title.

The Tech Lab has developed the Kiosk vBuilder self-serve tool to assist you in updating your virtual kiosk. Follow the instructions in the [https://052gc.sharepoint.com/:b:/r/sites/ISInnovationandExperimentationProjects/Shared%20Documents/1-Projects/1.2%20Current%20Projects/2114_vExpo%20Builder/Documents/vExpo%20Kiosk%20Builder%20User%20Guide%20(Bil).pdf?csf=1&web=1&e=Y6TBEC Kiosk vBuilder Creation Guide] to upload any updated panels or to adjust the hotspots in your kiosk.  

Ensure you have all the required content ready, including your unique vBuilder link provided by the Tech Lab, any updated panel image files, and any updated description text or URLs in both official languages.

Once you have completed your kiosk updates using the Kiosk vBuilder tool, and have received all approvals to publish your kiosk on a public-facing site, contact the Tech Lab team ([mailto:techlab-labtech@csps-efpc.gc.ca techlab-labtech@csps-efpc.gc.ca]) to confirm that your kiosk is ready to be published.

Once you've edited your hotspots and/or uploaded your panels, and previewed it using the Kiosk vBuilder tool, contact the Tech Lab team at [mailto:techlab-labtech@csps-efpc.gc.ca techlab-labtech@csps-efpc.gc.ca] to notify them that your kiosk is ready to be re-published. Please allow up to 2 working days for your kiosk to be published for quality assurance purposes.
