Welcome to the Relocation Services

The Relocation Services, We support the smooth transition of departmental staff through effective and compliant relocation programs and policies. We assist employees with all aspects of their work-related moves across regions, ensuring alignment with government standards.


Our Mandate

The Relocation Services are responsible for managing employee relocation programs in accordance with the National Joint Council's Relocation Directive. Our goal is to provide employees with clear guidance and efficient support during their move while ensuring fiscal responsibility and policy compliance.


Our Key Activities

  • Policy Guidance Interpret and apply the NJC Relocation Directive and departmental policies.
  • Advisory Services Advise employees and managers on eligibility, entitlements, and procedures.
  • Vendor Coordination Liaise with relocation service providers, including third-party administrators and moving companies.
  • File Management Track, process, and document all relocation cases and expenses.
  • Training and Awareness Provide orientation materials and training sessions for employees and managers.
