Applicants who meet these criteria must then successfully complete a written exam and virtual interview in order to be accepted into the RPL pool.

- Interview: View the type of information and guidance sent to candidates prior to their RPL interview from previous campaigns (*this is for example purposes only and subject to change for future campaigns).

Le programme de Recrutement de leaders en politiques (RLP) recrute des Canadiens et des résidents permanents accomplis ayant le potentiel d’entraîner des changements positifs et d'apporter une contribution importante à la fonction publique fédérale. Le programme forme un bassin de recrues exceptionnelles prêtes à l’embauche dans divers postes liés aux politiques de niveau intermédiaire ou supérieur dans la fonction publique fédérale.
La campagne de Recrutement de leaders en politiques 2024-2025 a lancée le 12 novembre avec 3 campagnes :
