Instructions

To book a table time slot:

  1. Select Edit on the wiki page
  2. Scroll down and select the appropriate date: Monday Oct 28; Tuesday Oct 29; Wednesday, Oct 30
  3. In the appropriate time slot, select available table, double click on the cell
  4. Type in your post name, the foreign delegate name, and Canadian company name e.g. SPALO/X Bank/Cdn co.X

Please do not delete bookings made by others.

Meetings will be held in meeting room #3605 (500 SQ FT) in Level Three from the Exhibition Hall

  • The space is available from Saturday October 26th at 2:00pm until Wednesday, October 30th at 6:00 p.m. There is 24 hr access to the room.
  • Meeting slots are all 30 mins in length and the B2Bs will run from 9:00am - 5:00pm
  • Meeting table options:
    • Tables 1-2: 2x small rounds at the back of the room with 4 seats each;
    • Tables 3-4: 4x small rounds that can be used with any of the seats around the room;
    • free chairs along the walls for 1-1 talks;
    • 2 high tables for standing conversations.
