Olivier works as Deputy Director in the Office of the Director General, Corporate and E-Communications (LDD), Global Affairs Canada where he is supporting divisions on cross-cutting areas related to transformation, project management, service improvement, horizontal alignment and other key bureau-wide priorities. Olivier has worked in the public service for more than 10 years and has accumulated his experience in the fields of strategic communications, learning and project management in various roles at Shared Services Canada, Public Services and Procurement Canada, Department of National Defence and Canada School of Public Service. He holds a Master’s Degree in Administrative Science/Project Management (M.P.M.), a Bachelor‘s Degree in Communications and is Prosci® certified. Holding a Master’s Degree in Administrative Science/Project Management (M.P.M.), a Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, and Prosci® certification, I bring both academic rigor and practical insights to every endeavor.
