She is currently a Senior Program Advisor at the Canada Border Services Agency.  She has worked in many areas of CBSA, including the front line, headquarters and most recently as the Culture Ambassador for Travellers Branch.
 
 
 
Rebecca believes in mentoring and mentorship and works diligently to foster and maintain mentor/mentee relationships through the formal Next Generation Network.  She is also the co-lead to the Network Building portfolio of the Women’s Advisory Committee which works to advance AREDI within the Agency.  Rebecca accounts much of her career advancement to being mentored, and now works to share her knowledge through formal and informal mentorship opportunities.
