With over 30 years of industry experience, Neil Hunter is currently the Chief Learning Officer for Deloitte Canada. He is the Dean of Deloitte University North and sits on the Deloitte Global Learning Executive. He has also held senior HR roles in the energy industry, higher education, public sector (civic) and not-for-profit organizations. As a former CHRO, Neil brings a deep understanding of best practice in leadership & learning work, putting work at the center of the end-to-end talent processes in various industries, and how they are converging in the skills landscape.
