Instructions

To book a table time slot:

1. Select Edit on the wiki page
2. Select the appropriate date: Tuesday, May 21; Wednesday, May 22; Thursday, May 23
3. In the appropriate time slot, select available table, double click on the cell
4. Type in your post name, the foreign delegate name, and Canadian company name e.g. MUNIC/Deutsch Telekom/Cdn co.X

PLEASE DO NOT DELETE BOOKINGS MADE BY OTHER PEOPLE.

Meetings will be held on the 2nd floor of the Beanfield Conference Centre (105 Princes' Blvd at Exhibition Place) next door to the Collision Venue (Enercare Centre). Meetings are in rooms 200 ABC (Tables 1-42) & 202 AB (Tables 43-69).

• Meeting slots are all 30 mins in length and the space is available 9:00am - 5:00pm May 21-23.

• Meeting tables are 2 ft x 6 ft rectangles with 4 chairs. Please do not move the furniture.

Tables 35-42 in Room 200 are reserved for "Meet the TC" meetings. If your preferred time slot is taken, please SCROLL DOWN to the very bottom of the page and use the space dedicated for "B2B Overflow" as last resort (note these tables are in Room 202)
