Regional Connections bring together NMC Regional Leads, Regional Champions, and Steering Committee co-chairs and members who represent their departments and agencies across the country.
These committees meet monthly or quarterly to share insights and address the specific challenges faced by managers in their regions. By gathering valuable feedback on regional issues and departmental innovations, they ensure that the unique perspectives of managers are heard at the national level. This collaboration fosters a stronger connection between regional needs and national objectives, empowering managers to tackle their challenges while contributing to the overall advancement of Public Service goals.
