The National Managers’ Community (NMC)is an interdepartmental federal network dedicated to supporting GC Public Service managers and ensuring their insights and experiences shape the future of public sector management. The NMC Secretariat team unite efforts to promote the needs and interests of federal managers. The Secretariat facilitates two-way communication, acting as a knowledge broker to engage stakeholders, increase dialogue, exchange information, and share best practices.
