== About the NMC ==
The '''National Managers’ Community (NMC)''' is a federal horizontal network that seeks to amplify the voice and support the more than 40,000 managers who deliver thousands of government programs and services, oversee human resources management, and report to senior management on value to Canadians.
The NMC network is leveraged by a wide range of federal organizations and communities to ensure that new initiatives being developed align with the reality of what managers need and face every day in an increasingly complex working environment. By collaborating with crucial stakeholders, the NMC engages with managers and provides timely and relevant activities on issues affecting their evolving responsibilities.
