Who we are


The Official Languages Centre of Excellence (OLCE) is a policy centre within the Office of the Chief Human Resources Officer (OCHRO) at the Treasury Board of Canada Secretariat (TBS).

OLCE provides advice, guidance and support to federal institutions on how to implement Parts IV, V and VI of the Official Languages Act.
