Throughout Dylan’s enduring and distinguished career, he has worked in the areas of Indigenous governance and administration, economic development, community housing, and infrastructure, education, social development and partnerships and Indigenous Cultural Competency training and development.

Dylan recently served in the role of Associate Ombuds at Indigenous Services Canada and also served as a faculty member at Confederation College in Thunder Bay, Ontario as a Professor of Indigenous Public Administration and Governance.

Throughout her military career, she has focused on communication, security, and IT. Planification et création d’un nouveau kiosque

Les responsables de kiosques, comme indiqué dans les rôles et responsabilités pour la vExpo, sont responsables de la planification et de la création des conceptions finales de leurs kiosques. Des documents d'orientation ont été élaborés pour vous aider tout au long de ce processus. Suivez les 5 étapes suivantes pour planifier et créer votre nouveau kiosque virtuel, en vous aidant de notre tutoriel vidéo en trois parties :

    1. Planifiez votre kiosque (étape 1)
    2. Concevez et exportez les panneaux de votre kiosque (étapes 2 et 3)
    3. Créez et publiez votre kiosque (étapes 4 et 5)

1. Planifiez votre kiosque

Commencez par consulter le Guide de création d'une maquette de kiosque pour vous faire une idée approximative du contenu de votre kiosque, y compris des éléments visuels, de l'interactivité et de la navigation. Ce document aborde des sujets essentiels tels que les applications recommandées pour la création de contenu, la structure d'un kiosque virtuel et les étapes de création de votre maquette.

Une fois que vous vous êtes familiarisé avec le guide et que vous avez imaginé votre contenu, utilisez le modèle de maquette du kiosque pour organiser le contenu et la présentation de votre kiosque. C'est l'occasion de faire des croquis et d'expérimenter avant de finaliser la conception de vos panneaux.

2. Concevez les panneaux de votre kiosque

Référez-vous aux instructions du Guide de création du conception finale de votre kiosque pour transformer votre maquette en images de panneaux haute résolution avec une mise en page cohérente, un bon design et un équilibre général. Utilisez l'un de nos modèles de toiles vierges pour capturer vos conceptions dans la disposition et le format requis avant de les exporter sous forme de fichiers .png. Au total, vous devez avoir 8 panneaux d'images : gauche, centre, droite et titres dans les deux langues officielles.

Vous pouvez créer les images des panneaux requis à l'aide des guides et des didacticiels fournis, mais vous pouvez également demander l'aide de l'équipe de communication, de marketing ou de multimédia de votre département. Les applications courantes à cet effet sont Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, Canva et PowerPoint.

3. Exportez vos fichiers d’image du kiosque

Une fois vos conceptions de kiosque finalisées dans les deux langues officielles, exportez chaque panneau de kiosque sous forme de fichiers .png. Ceux-ci seront utilisés pour créer la version 3D du kiosque.

Pour un kiosque à trois panneaux, au total, vous devriez avoir huit panneaux (quatre panneaux par langue) : deux panneaux de gauche, deux panneaux centraux, deux panneaux de droite et deux panneaux de titre.

Nommez chaque fichier image en respectant la convention d’appellation suivante :

    1. Panneau de droite en anglais : Kxxxxxx_EnCA_Right
    2. Panneau de droite en français : Kxxxxxx_FrCA_Right
    3. Panneau central en anglais : Kxxxxxx_EnCA_Centre
    4. Panneau central en français : Kxxxxxx_FrCA_Centre
    5. Panneau de titre central en anglais : Kxxxxxx_EnCA_CentreTitle
    6. Panneau de titre central en français : Kxxxxxx_FrCA_CentreTitle
    7. Panneau de gauche en anglais : Kxxxxxx_EnCA_Left
    8. Panneau de gauche en français : Kxxxxxx_FrCA_Left


4. Créez votre kiosque à l'aide de l'outil libre-service vBuilder

Assurez-vous d’avoir tout le contenu nécessaire. Vous aurez besoin de:

  • Le lien que vous avez reçu pour accéder à la page d’édition du kiosque;
  • Les fichiers d’image des panneaux;
  • Les URL pour accéder à votre contenu;
  • Le texte final qui devra apparaître sur votre kiosk, dans les deux langues officielles.
  • Si vous n'avez pas reçu le lien pour accéder au vBuilder, contactez l'équipe vExpo du Lab des technologies (techlab-labtech@csps-efpc.gc.ca) pour demander un nouveau kiosque. Dans votre demande, indiquez l'événement pour lequel votre kiosque sera utilisé, le nom du responsable de l'événement et le nom de votre kiosque/organisation.

Suivez les instructions du guide vBuilder pour kiosque pour créer votre kiosque.


5. Publier votre kiosque

Une fois que vous avez terminé votre kiosque à l'aide de l'outil vBuilder et que vous avez reçu toutes les autorisations nécessaires pour publier votre kiosque sur un site public, contactez l'équipe du du Lab des technologies (techlab-labtech@csps-efpc.gc.ca) pour confirmer que votre kiosque est prêt à être publié.
