Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles Program | Apply Now for Cohort 4 - Deadline June 30, 2024
Did you know the Government of Canada/Defence Team has a group mentoring program that focuses on belonging, meaningful connections and inclusive leadership development?
The 2023 cohort had 779 members from 59+ departments.

Here is what we’ve learned so far:
- We must open the doors wide for people to have these opportunities to connect, elevate and inspire.
- We must create a clear pathway to the door and remove barriers to people's success.
- No more empty gestures. Real change.
- If you are not changing it you are choosing it.
