<big>Lifting as you Lead Mentoring Circles Program</big>
<big>Apply Now for Cohort 4 - Deadline June 30, 2024</big>
<big>Did you know the Government of Canada/Defence Team has a group mentoring program that focuses on belonging, meaningful connections and inclusive leadership development?</big>
<big>The 2023 cohort had 779 members from 59+ departments.</big>
<big>And I am a graduate of the program!</big>

<big>Here is what we’ve learned so far:</big>
* <big>We must open the doors wide for people to have these opportunities to connect, elevate and inspire.</big>
* <big>We must create a clear pathway to the door and remove barriers to people's success.</big>
* <big>No more empty gestures. Real change.</big>
* <big>If you are not changing it you are choosing it.</big>
