We’re excited to provide you with this self-led learning path! This learning path outlines all the recommended courses to develop your skills in M365 Platform Administration, a highly sought after IT specialization in the Government of Canada. It includes technical learning resources that will help you to write the Microsoft 365 Administrator Exam  and receive a Microsoft 365 Administrator Expert certification.

Please note that the costs associated with taking the exams will be at your personal or departmental expense.

Optional: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals (self-paced learning path)

Explore the optional learning resources below if you have limited knowledge of the M365 suite and take the practice exam at your convenience before diving into the primary curriculum.

Step 1: Microsoft 365 Prerequisite (self-paced learning path)

Before you start the main Microsoft 365 Administrator courses you will need to complete one of the following prerequisites.

We suggest you complete the associated Microsoft 365 Administrator learning path before attempting the official Microsoft 365 Administrator Exam.
