Building digitally enabled teamsFor guidance on shaping a digitally enabled team and organizational design, connect with OCIO’s Digital Talent and Leadership, Community Management team. Specializing in crafting teams tailored to the unique staffing needs of the government, DTL expertise is available in fostering digital, data, information, and technology skills.
To further the GC's digital goals, the Digital Community Management team produces work products that simplify staffing processes, enabling the swift assembly of cross-functional teams vital to your organization's digital transformation.
