The OL Connection November 2023 Toolbox: Official Languages (Communications with and Services to the Public) Regulations This new evolving resource provides all the tools required to better understand the Regulations and to ensure that the Official Languages Regulations Re-Application Exercise is carried out successfully. The OL Connection Summer 2023 Data: Potential demand for federal communications and services in the minority official language The updated TBS webpage with the data on the potential demand for communications and services in the minority official language has now been published. The data found within the webpage is collected and calculated by Statistics Canada using information gathered during the most recent 2021 decennial census and is used to estimate the significant potential demand for the application of the Official Languages (Communications with and Services to the Public) Regulations in order to determine where federal offices should communicate with the public and offer them services in English, French or both official languages.
