Persons responsible for official languages (PROL) are the institutions account holder for SOLO. In order to obtain access to SOLO, the PROL must take this mandatory training. This training on SOLO provides an overview of the basic functions that can be used by employees responsible for entering or reviewing information with respect to the language designation of their federal offices serving the public.
