Updates from Digital Transformation Office (DTO)

Summer schedule is starting today. We do have a coordination meeting on Monday mornings. Standing members are PCO, DTO and PP, but it is open to anyone to coordinate on any situation that might come up. Feel free to reach out to the [inbox]  if you want to be included on Monday's coordination meetings.

Web executive board

Next Web executive board meeting is tomorrow:

  • CRA will be presenting the design system manual they have been working on in coordination with DTO. Their manual is complementary to the Canada.ca system.

The updated header guidance went live yesterday.

Wildfires page has more traffic when there is smoke advisory. HC helped to add structured data and the page is being updated as required. The team is supporting the Emergency Communications colleagues. Meetings went from 3 times a week to 2 times a week..

● Developed a geomap to visualize over 200 announced projects

● It's called Map of PacifiCan investments and will be online soon

○GeoGratis supported the bilingual mapping

○Useful for internal and external products
