General inquiries

For general inquiries relating to the Infinity network, please email us at infinity-infinite@tbs-sct.gc.ca using the official language (English or French) of your choice. Our service standard for replying to emails we receive through this inbox is 1-2 business days. More complex requests may take longer to process.

Please note that abuse, hate, harassment, or spam emails will not be tolerated.

GC-based platforms

GCxchange

GCxchange is our SharePoint platform only accessible on the Government of Canada network as serves as the primary repository for Infinity's documents. It contains information about resources, events, and meetings of the network.

You have a GCX account access and join our GCxchange platform. This is separate from the GCaccount. You can create an account by following the instructions on the GCxchange Home page.

Please note that some GC institutions may not currently have access to GCxchange. Please check with your organization's local IT unit to determine if your organization has access to GCxchange. Federal institutions such as Crown corporations may not have access to this platform.

GCcollab

GCcollab is our collaboration-focused platform accessible to Government of Canada employees, as well as those outside of GC, such as provincial, territorial or municipal employees, and academics. Information about events and other updates are also shared through this platform.

You must have a GCaccount to access and join our GCcollab platform. This is separate from a GCXaccount. You can create an account by following the instructions on the GCaccount Account settings page

We use our LinkedIn account we share posts, articles, and information to promote Infinity and to advance the conversation around neurodiversity within the federal public service.
