Suppliers typically provide ACRs as part of the procurement or exploration of the ICT solutions that are available in the marketplace. An ACR should provide the information you need to understand the accessibility of the ICT solution. Successful suppliers in a procurement create roadmaps to outline their plan to address known accessibility defects and how they will continue to remain conformant once they have largely fixed the known issues.
