The temporary use of Office 365 will allow the non-essential employees to conduct their work more effectively while being disconnected from the VPN.

For example, while being connected on your home network and off of PSPC's VPN, users will still have access to an e-mail client with an address book or be able to conduct tele and videoconferences.
