2. Written assessments - Your screening questions will be read and assessed by human resources advisors and subject matter experts. If you are successful in the screening stage, you will receive an at-home written exam. 
3. Interviews- If you pass the written exam, you will be invited to an interview.
4. Final stages - Successful candidates will be asked to provide references and proof of educational credentials.
