To keep the directive current, relevant and useful to departments we review it every two years. We are seeking your input on the proposed recommendations as part of the 4th review of the directive.

You will not be able to save information in the survey as you complete it. You can develop and save your responses locally in this word document, and input them into the survey when you are ready.
